Our support staff of designers will help turn your vision into reality without presenting you with so many options your head spins. We believe picking out the next features of your home shouldn’t be daunting, it should be exciting.
Denali’s up-front pricing structure for our custom homes is based on percentage of completion. Prior to breaking ground you receive a break-down of what amount you will be billed for and at what stages based on the home plan. This means no surprise costs! We value our service to you based on the time we spend coordinating the job, not the cost of your materials. That means if you decide to upgrade to that tile you saw on Pintrest you only pay the difference in what we pay to our vendor. No extra coordination fee because your material costs more.
